Gluten-Free Recipes from Gluten-Free Girl

For months on end, I cooked and cooked. Every night, I experimented with gluten-free recipes, tried new ingredients, and flung in spices with wild abandon. After a time,  I realized I was doing more than just cooking (and taking photographs of the food).

Incrementally, I was creating a gluten-free cookbook, a stable of recipes based on seasonality, local foods, fresh tastes, and the most vibrant sensations I could find. Try some. See what you think. Let us know.

I say "us" because after April of 2006, all the recipes on this site were created (or edited) by Daniel Ahern, a talented professional chef, the man who became my husband. These recipes work. 

Every recipe here is gluten-free. They could be adapted fairly easily to accommodate other food allergies. The first priority in these recipes, however, is the glorious dance of food. These will have your toes tapping.
