WOW! It tasted great. Thanks. It turned out a little flat, can't make a sandwich out of it but in time I'll figure it out. I was wondering if you can tell me if the Bette Hagman Taste of Honey Millet bread recipe can be adapted to this recipe. I am a big fan of millet flour and since you are the experts I thought you might know. Seasoned Pizza Crust (p193). It's great - plus it makes two crusts - you can eat one now, and freeze the other for later. Great for when you have to work late and need a quick meal. Make homemade sauce, and put your favorite toppings (canadian bacon and pineapple or a veggie pizza when I want a healthier option). I actually have Multiple Sclerosis (diagnosed a little over two years ago at age 25), not Celiac. The no meds route is what I've decided on and that includes going gluten free (through lots of research and conferring with my ND I came up with a game plan that I find works when I can actually stick to it). I find it difficult to stick to sometimes simply because my reactions aren't immediate and direct. I'm hoping that your recipes will help me to dive in head first and get a little more hands on.
